From an art director to a entrepreneur to an agency leader, Jesse has over 20 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing and communication. Prior to joining McCann Worldgroup in April 2012, he successfully grew two start-up agencies (Leo Burnett Interactive Taiwan & W+K China) and one mid-size business (DDB Shanghai) in the Greater China region. After joining McCann Worldgroup, Jesse has focused on driving digitization, integration and building agency culture. As a result, the group has achieved substantial growth, particularly in digital which the size has been tripled.

Jesse has managed a wide rage of blue chip clients, including Automotive (Cadillac, Chevrolet, Ford, Volkswagen), Alcohol Beverage (Budweiser, Heineken), Consumer Electronics (Acer, Electrolux, Philips), Finance (ANZ, Bank of Communications, MasterCard, UnionPay), F&B (Coke, Gatorade, Lipton, McDonald’s, Quaker, Tropicana), Healthcare (Johnson & Johnson), Luxury (Sotheby’s), Skincare (C&C, L’Oreal Paris, Neutrogena, SK-II), Sports (Nike) and Technology (Electronic Arts, Yahoo!).

Jesse holds an EMBA degree at Beijing University. In 2014, he was rewarded as the 2nd place of Campaign’s Greater China Agency Head of The Year. Beyond the hectic agency life, he is a dad of a ten-year-old daughter and a cycling hobbyist.
